Sempra PALNG Grounds Maintenance

In September 2020, Allegiant industrial was invited by Sempra PALNG (Port Author LNG) to submit a proposal to maintain grounds and roads at the PALNG site near Sabine Pass.

The proposal was for a four-and-a-half-month contract, beginning in March 2021, to maintain vegetation control, road maintenance, and to perform and document the environmental inspection requirements throughout the site.

Allegiant Industrial was notified during the last week of January that the contract had been secured, and that work would begin early - February 1st. The organization quickly mobilized within the week and met the new start date.

The first thing visitors notice is a well-manicured and maintained work site. That's why Allegiant Industrial takes pride in the work we perform, and always strives to go above and beyond.

Since then, Allegiant Industrial has been awarded and completed additional work on the PALNG site, safely, with no environmental issues, and ahead of schedule.

The project was recently extended into 2022. We are proud to be a part of the PALNG Team and look forward to the future.
